2006 U-Tapao Reunion Information
The U-Tapao Alumni Association is holding a CONUS Reunion in Dayton, Ohio the 9th (Arrivals), 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th of August 2006.For members attending, the Holiday Inn Fairborn (I-675
Exit 17) will be housing our Group and our base of operations. The Holiday Inn has requested each member confirm their hotel reservations by Clicking Here. This link is for U-Tapao Alumni attendees only and contains
our quoted Rate Preference. The Hotel has requested we do this so as to minimize our time checking in and providing attendees with their preferences during their stay. Please fill in the "Check in Date
" through "Smoking Preference" [skip Rate Preference] and click "Check Availability" on the lower right of the page to continue with your hotel
registration. DO NOT pay attention to the Daily Rate displayed. There is an imbeded U-Tapao Reunion Group Rate Code that will override the Rate displayed. If you feel more comfortable using the Phone or Faxing

The Holiday Inn is a wireless site for those of you bringing a laptop and there is no charge for Internet access during your stay. If you do not have a wireless card for your system, the Front Desk will loan
you one [must be turned in at checkout]. The hotel has provided us a conference room that has a RJ45 jack for Internet access and will be available for our use during our stay.
Transportation request: It would be greatly appreciated if those who are driving to the reunion would make themselves and their vehicles available to transport fly-in members to and from scheduled
events. Most events are centrally located and not far from the hotel. |
