Q:  I joined the group and I am having problems signing in. How do I do Signin?

The U-Tapao Alumni Association is a Yahoo Group (Group on Yahoo).
Therefore, in order to access the U-Tapao Alumni Association a member must have a Yahoo Group account.

If you do not have a Yahoo Group account, you must have one before accessing the
U-Tapao Alumni Association. While this may seem like a stone wall to many, it is actually a benefit as your personal email is seperate and protected (each Yahoo email account has a SPAM filter) and allows you to read your email online as oppose to downloading it to your personal computer. In addition, you can set up your favorite Email client to logon and download your email if you wish.

Another item members need to be aware of....  It is good practice to visit the U-tapao
Alumni Association (Yahoo Group) once a month.
We have had instances where Yahoo has maintenanced their user accounts and dropped users who have not accessed any Yahoo Groups in a period of time. Once a Yahoo Group  User has been dropped (especially from a restricted group such as the U-Tapao Alumni), the user must go through the application process and reapply for membership. This is not of our chosing as it causes the moderators much more work that we would rather spend communicating with fellow U-Tapao Alumni members.
